  1. It's all good.

    No pressure.
    Had a fabulous smoothie this morning
    lots of fruit.

    Then a Special K breakfast bar .
    It is good to have something so chewy

    Lunch i'm eating the rest of my apple from this morning. had a couple cashews
    some chex mix
    raising and a couple sunflower seeds

    i don't like writing down all i eat.
    hmmmm....imagine that....
    that must mean i'm getting to the root of something...

  2. Whew, i'm coming back

    I've just been reading my blog and didn't realize I'd been away from raw since MARCH. MARCH!!! OMG Well, I can feel the difference. I've been mostly SAD since then. Ick. I have kept many nutritional things i've learned but not enough. i am going to do more again.

  3. life is not just about food

    Well today was pretty good.
    I ate a good smoothie for bfast and a couple oranges for lunch.
    dinner was SAD, but tasty and not excessive.

    i am learning to play the drums. have been taking lessons for about 1 1/2 years. Last week I found a band I can play with --- cause i haven't played with other humans yet. YIKES.

    i can practice with them starting tomorrow and am VERY nervous but excited.

    also i found a spanish class i can join to read ...

    hi
    i missed a couple days...
    not totally, but spiritually.
    i wasn't into the raw thing.

    i did two meals a day raw..which is FABULOUS
    but then kinda ate other stuff that called to me
    i won't mention the items i ate here, cause it just gives them more life and puts them into your brains

    and you know what i discovered...
    i feel like crap!

    mentally i hve room to roam around the food choices
    but physically, ...

    i did pretty well today.
    only nonraw i had was some potato chips and choc chip cookie

    otherwise i'm doing pretty well

    i happened to see Celebrity Fit Club on tv and it spurred me on again.
    not that i am only doing this for weight loss, but weight loss sure feels GOOD!!!!

    i'm going to juice some juice and put it in a yummy smoothie!!!!
