  1. Day 5!

    Yesterday I had -
    Breakfast - Green smoothie with 1tbs hemp oil added
    Lunch - Apple and Grapefruit
    snack - banana
    snack- 4 dates
    Dinner - Guac and baby carrots
    snack - mango

    I didn't eat any pecans yesterday and I could tell that I was having craving issues and hunger issues from it (well I think so).

  2. Day 4 and going strong!

    Yesterday I had -
    Breakfast - Green Smoothie
    Lunch - a Apple, Orange, and Banana
    snack -3 dates and handful pecans
    Dinner - Carrots, 3 dates and a handful of pecans (was late when I got home and didn't feel like thinking about it much.

    I feel really good - my head feels clearer, my body feels clean, I have been doing some light exercise for the past couple of days too.

    Cancelled that order I made online and went to whole foods and got most ...

  3. Day 3!

    Today I ate -
    Breakfast - Green smoothie
    Lunch - Apple. grapefruit and banana
    Dinner - Guacomole and carrots
    snack - 1 ozish pecans
    3 dates
    1 orange

    I felt pretty good all day until the evening and am achy and tired.
    I ordered a bunch of stuff online - ie - ACV, sea salt, carob, cacao, olive oil, nut butters, maca etc. I am looking forward to making that super candy

    Current weight - 168 - down another lb!

  4. Day 2!

    Sorry i'm late - I didn't log into my computer last night - I was so tired and had a headache (pretty sure it was some kind of detox)-
    Yesterday I had -
    Breakfast - Green smoothie
    Lunch - Apple and orange
    snack - probably a little over a oz pecans and 3 dates (can't get enough of these!)
    Dinner - baby carrots dipped in guacomole
    snack - apple

    I know it has only been two days but I keep dreaming I am eating SAD stuff and I after I am freaking ...

    Today I have had -
    Apple and orange for breakfast
    Green smoothie for lunch
    Banana and 4 dates for snack
    Carrots and avocado for dinner
    may have an apple or 1 more date later
