    well the gum thing is totaly out the window. gum just makes me have that chewing sensation and makes me want to go actually chew some real food.

    I've not been able to be 100% raw these past few days. I need to see what is going on.

    I'm off on a soul searching journey. I just hope I dont gain all that weight back along the way.

  2. on the verge

    Yesterday night I was on the verge of giving up on raw completely as I was having a SAD attack of ice cream, wheat thins, chocolate covered marshmellow candy, and cereal (all my fiance's stuff). I just couldnt stop myself.
    Hopefully I am newly resolved today. I've eaten all raw and I feel better. I made a nice simple dinner, and I hope I dont go back for more of that darn ice cream, which isnt even the best flavor...another reason its not worth eating.

  3. Forgive me RAWther for I have sinned

    I didnt eat much during the day yesterday, as I woke up late and had to grab a raw bar and a banana on the way to 4.5 hours of class, then grabbed another banana and raw bar on the way to 5 hours of volunteering at the animal shelter. When I got home, I was in the mood for SAD food. I ate some, and lots of it. My fiance was shocked.

    I feel fatter today and more mucusy than usual with a little puffiness in the eyes. I'm about to go for a run with my fiance and a friend. I will have ...

  4. school day cravings

    Its only day one of school and I am experiencing those massive feelings of "eat eat eat". I dont feel tempted to eat anything SAD, as nothing would satisfy me the way I want to be satisfied, except for the damn SAD ice cream that my fiance bought. I am eating too many dates and nuts though, and since I left my scale at my mom's house, I feel unaccountable for my actions... like it doesnt matter! Ahh! I dont like this feeling! And I dont want to go out and buy a temporary scale, as it wont ...

  5. First day of school

    Today is my first day back to class.
    I made a green smoothie this morning consisting of two small peaches, a banana, 1.5 cups of water, 1tbs honey, and 1.5 stalks of kale. It was actually very good! It wasnt bitter at all, which I expected from the kale.

    I am full and wont expect lunch until 1220, when my last class ends. My first class only went for 20 mins, as it was just an introduction day. My other two classes will probaby jump right into lecture.
