    Well, I'm sure you are wondering where I've been? Well I have not been on the straight and narrow, but guess what I'm back!!!

    My mother tell me that I am FAT. Thanks mum but Not really encouraging! Anyway I am praying for your support as I battle on.

  2. Amazing Smoothie -13 April 2008 - 30 days raw

    I made an amazing smoothie today! Sorry if you have read this blog twice but it needs recording! Baby spinach, 3 dates, 1 banana, 3 apples, ice and a handful of cashew nuts. It was sooooooo creamy! I had run out of fruits and that's all I had at home. I also made corn bread from Alissa's book. I'm still waiting for it to dehydrate so I will have to report on this another day. Still flicking through Alissa's book as I try to prepare some more recipes for the week.     Dear journal,
    Jelly wobbling belly and tiredness from my long travels have affected me this week. But fear not I've had a little nap and I'm ready to do business. Being away from home has meant that I have lost focus a little, but all is not lost. Star-fire continues to brighten my day and banana-jana is my encouragement. So onwards and upwards! Chow

    Exercise, exercise and more execise. I feel great! It's amazing what you can do when you are on holiday. I just wish that I had the time to keep this up when I return to work. Exercise in the morning and in the eveining, my body does feel great and I can even in the short time feel a little difference in the way that my body feels.

    If I don't exercise my body structure won't change, it is clear that I have a slow metabolism and exercise gives it a kick start. I need to keep ...

  5. 23/30 A positive mind brings about change

    Hey everyone, thank you so much for your good wishes, I had a rawkn good time. In the morning huuby made raw porridge (Alissa Cohen style). For the evening meal hybby had taken a variety of fresh fruit and he made a glorious fruit salad. Of course the day went too quickly so I celebrated on Satruday too.
