  3. DAY 7

    Day 6 was 100% raw - and it was pretty easy - i sleep less or those nuts keep me awake? I am fresh in the morning anyway. Weight is persistent - nothing changed - but i have more "room" in my tummy and my body is somehow tighter - so something is happening. Thyroid and water retention is causing this puffiness - and i am loosing this. Maybe not pounds and inches but better water distribution perhaps.
    I am going to add some excercise soon but things before Christmas are piling up ...

  4. 2008 resolution - rawmance!

    First 30 days challenge will pass, than another - i will be rawer lighter and more beautiful - during third challenge i will star rawmancing cute raw guy!!
    I can imagine raw parties we will be hosting and going to, and raw weekends together, and raw retreats and vacations!!! Preparing raw, blending, gardening perhaps and cuddling under the sun:):)
    Yes - this picture can help me to focus more on the raw challenge!!!
