  1. I wish there were more Raw food magazines

I really wish there were more Raw food magazines. Yes, I know there are a few, but you have to order them online, and they still aren't in the stores. It's something that really, really bugs me, as I love to read magazines, much more than books.

I look at the magazines in the stores and they all have SAD food recipes. It turns me off, so I have stopped buying many of my once upon a time favorites. It's hard enough to be a beginner at Raw Foods, than to have it in every magazine ...

  2. It's starting to make sense to me.

I'm such a Ditz. I say I want to take it slow, yet I'm beginning to have a Raw Foods state of mind. Slowly it is becoming a part of my life. I think I really like it.

My husband and I went shopping today, I chose lots of yummy veggies, fruit, especially my beloved Gala Apples. I made sure everything was organic, fresh and good for my hubby and I. My husband did comment on Organic being expensive and I sad, "Yes, but going to the doctor or hospital is much more expensive." ...

  3. Taking it slow

I'm not sure if this is the right way to do this, but for me this feels right. I wanted to go 100% raw cold turkey, but I have been SAD for 55 years, so I'm going to take this slow. I recently purchased two sample packets of Tecchino herbal coffee, today I made my ...

  4. UGH!

I'm not feeling great today. Sinus headache, icky nose.

Last night my husband and I went shopping. I stocked up well on yummy produce- veggies, fruits, etc., to have a great beginning to the 30 day challenge. Well, after shopping I was starving. I had a strong craving for a burger and fries. That's exactly what we had last night at Sonics. Plus we watched a speed thingie as the cars drove by. We Wowed when someone went way over the speed limit... I guess we are easy and cheap ...

  5. I fought the Rooster and this time I won!

Tomorrow, I will begin the 30 Day Challenge. I hope I'm ready. I made some yummy Raw Chocolate Coconut Fudge, I love chocolate and this is soooo yummy! Creamy dark and rich, with a hint of coconut. Oh divine! I plan to post some pics at Photobucket so I can show off my chocolate creation. Plus some other yummies. I work 5 days next week, 12 hour night shifts, so I will need to be ready for that.

I just came back from our chicken coop. No these birds will not end up on our
