  1. GOOD MORNING!!!

    Well today is going to be an awesome day! Im only thinking positive thoughts and will take this thing one day at a time. I have some new goals that i have set for myself to help me mentally and physically so here we go.

    Make a graditude journal
    Do not weigh myself
    Exercise 1hr daily on manual treadmill
    Keep busy so i will not think about food
    Continue to educate myself
    Don't eat before 9am and after 7/8pm

  2. My prayers were answered, but........

    Well this weekend wasn't so great, but the only thing i can do is get back on track. It seems like i've lost my motivation and i dont have any right now. The only thing i know to do is pray and i feel like God gave me an answer this weekend. I went to the store and was searching for something to eat and my chest started tightening.   4. FIGHTING TEMPATIONS

    Oh man im trying really hard to fight my cravings, but you can do this june. If i didnt work as a nanny and i worked in an office type enviroment i wonder if things would be slightly better. At least there i wouldn't be surrounded by food the entire day. Well i just have to suck it up because im not a failure.

    Breakfast (9:15 am) - 1 liter green smoothie with 2 bananas, 1 cup frozen pineapple and 3 handfuls of spinach, 1 1/2 cup of water and some ice.

  5. Day 1

    Well today did not start off as i imagined. Having some relationship issues, but i know things are going to work themselves out. Im still excited about the challenge and i am going to make it through today. I will not let my cravings get to me and i will succeed. I am going to be doing smoothies for the most part until i get some dehydrated recipes down pat.
