    Well I guess you could say that I am back in the saddle again. And I get it. All the weight I lost and the good health I gained by eating Raw will disappear if you go back to eating processed and cooked food, even if you have only a small amount of meat!   2. Happy Day 9

    Oh my am I tired tonight. It has been along day and I am ready for bed. I have missed a few days already and did not want to add another day to the list of days missed. On day 6, I broke down and weighed myself. The good news was that I had lost 2lbs. So on day 7, I got on the scale again to find that I had gained one pound back. This sent my day into a tail spin. I have avoided the scale after that. Most importantly, I managed to stay raw. I am convienced that I have lost additional weight ...

  3. The Scale Won

    Good evening,

    I have had a good day 6. I did my exercise;) and I have been good about drinking more water, but I broke down and got on the scale. I had lost 2 pounds and that was a good thing. I could not help but face the fact that If that had not been the case, I would have been upset all day. Tomorrow is another day and I WILL NOT GET ON THAT SCALE.

    I ate well on left overs and I am Happy. Good night.

  4. A Very Good Day

    Today was day 5 and I am still raw I had 2 oranges for breakfast and took a bag of nuts and pear leather with me on my road trip. Before I left this morning I put carrot pecan meatballs in the dehydrator. They were waiting on me like a reward for being good all day.

    I started my day with exercise on my "new to me" rebounder. It was so funny to see me jumping (bouncing) and trying to follow the lady on the DVD without falling and busting my but. The Good news is that ...

  5. Day 4

    Well I am off to a great start. I started week one from Alissa's book and once again, I am enjoying the recipes. Tonight I had the Date Nut Torte and it was delicious. I still had some of the Mock Salmon Pate left over and paired it with flax seed crackers. I am fully satisfied.

    Yesterday I was excited to start an exercise class. I got there early to find that the class had been canceled. So today, I bought a rebounder. I hope that will make a difference.
