  1. I need to fast...

    My body feels like it needs a break!
    I want to use up the food we have though so I'm thinking:
    Tomorrow: mono-eating. What shall I eat? I'm thinking cucumber at the moment.
    Wednesday: smoothie fast
    Thursday: juice fast
    Friday: water fast

    I won't be able to fast at the weekend because we're staying with family friends who think I'm anorexic. Brilliant

  2. Knackered!

    So I didn't actually GET to bed last night, finished my work at 6.25 then had to get up for school at 6.30!

    Here's the worst part: I kept myself awake with COFFEE! Nooo! Coffee is my hardest habit to kick, hands down. If it was good for you, I could LIVE off coffee.

    So the combination of not having slept for over 24 hours and copious coffee gave me a massive headache.

    I felt so crap when I got to school I left after 2 lessons. Whoops. So here I am! ...

    So I saw Foo Fighters last night, and Arcade Fire tonight. I love how much energy I have these days, I don't even notice that I haven't had dinner or whatever because I don't get that dip in energy I used to.

    I made a mango-banana-raspberry smoothie this morning and used some to make a fruit leather. I tore a bit off the edge and it was yummy, so I'm going use it like a crepe tomorrow morning.

    Now I have a load of coursework to do, so I'll be up all night

  4. I can't believe its not cheese :p

    Mm.. I just made some really good raw "cheese", put it on top of the Mediterranean bread with some tomato and oh my gosh, RAWGASM! haha. I measured ingredients this time in case it turned out good!

    I loved the "cheese" so I thought I'd share the recipe with you all:

    1/2 cup pignoli
    1/4 cup hemp seeds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 small red pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
    juice of 1 small lemon ...

    Sure beppa. I have to post this as a new entry because it's too long to post as a comment...

    The bottom layer was pecans and sunflower seeds blended with raisins, some cinnamon and nutmeg and a pinch of salt. I didn't measure, just added a bit of each until it stuck together. It wouldn't matter what nuts, seeds or dried fruit you used but that's what i had. I pressed it into a plastic container and stuck it in the freezer while I was making the caramel.
