    I made it day 10 and I am so happy I did. I feel such an amazing sense of peace, contentment, happiness,,, I told DH this morning that I feel ALIVE for the first time in so long. I will definitely be able to take this experience with me and, I hope, use it to stay on track but also to get back on track if ever I need to.   2. Day 7! I can't believe it!

    I can't believe I've made it this far!. I've lost about 14 pounds since I started this whole thing and am feeling more optimistic about myself and the future than I have in ages. Todays weight 212.8. I had been stuck at 220+ for over a year and now it's just going down down down! The MC is in my opinion an awesome way to just 'take a break' from yourself, your habits, your thought processes, your cravings, etc. I love it's ease and simplicity and that it works!     half way there and not feeling so hot this am. I think I didnt drink enough lemonade yesterday (only 2) and thats why I'm feeling kinda weak. I am sipping on some now and intend to up my intake today and try to keep going. I know that these low periods pass so I will just ride this out! Wanted to keep posting to the blog because I want to have a record of this plus if it helps anyone,,, I feel like shit... will update later if possible. Weight today 213.4

    I am feeling great today! It's day 4 of my current MC. This am I weighed 214.4! That's almost 2 lbs since yesterday. And I feel pretty good! Last night was kinda hard- actually all day I thought about food! But not so much today- I just feel clearer, more aware, more awake (mentally). Maybe a tad on the tired side (physically) but I'm fortunate that I have time right now to take it easy and focus on my health and getting it back in a way thats right and meaningful to me. Which means RAW FOODS!

  5. Day 3 MC

    My weight this am is 216.2. That is the lowest I've been since at least last summer, maybe longer. What sucks is that in September 2006 I was at 168. Oh well,,, I watched the Biggest Loser last night and the winner was a 48 year old woman (I'm 42) who went from 257 to 117! She looked fantastic, her arms were muscular- she was tiny! It can be done! It can be done! It can be done! Of course, it will all be so much easier with RAW LIVING FOODS! I am still planning on continuing this for 8 more days ...
