    well day 2 of "Being good to my self." Noticed the triggers are at night time, down time and stressful situations. woke up this morning to lethargic to work out due to menopausal insomnia.   2. I'm back from being SAD

    Hey everyone, it feels so good today because this is the day i chose to be good to myself once again by eating RAW healthy. I strayed started in Feb and stopped yesterday. I woke up this morning started back on the treadmill for 30mins (didn't want to go for an hour, start out slow and work up), made a large green smoothie, drank 16oz water, made a huge salad for lunch to take to work. I feel great just knowing i'm empowering myself once again and to never give up on myself. And yes, i did gain ...

    GS FOR BREAKFAST
    FRUIT FOR SNACKS
    SALAD FOR LUNCH
    AND WHATEVER FOR DINNER. CAN'T THINK OR MAYBE I SHOULD SAY DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT! WHAT FREEDOM NOT TO BE CONCERN ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO COOK FOR DINNER. MY HIGHER POWER HAS ALREADY PREPARED IT FOR ME IN HIS/HER GARDEN. THIS IS PRETTY DARN COOL. AT WORK RIGHT NOW AND FEEL AND LOOK AMAZING THEM. I FEEL ALIVE MORE TODAY THAN EVER.

  4. DAY 9 GOING THROUGH TRANSFORMATION

    LAST NIGHT, I WAS NOT HUNGRY AND THAT PUZZLED ME A LITTLE. INSTEAD OF DRINKING WATER AND TAKING MY BUTT TO BED, THE "OLD THINKING" HIT AND I NEED TO HAVE SOME FOOD BECAUSE I SHOULD BE HUNGRY AND MUST EAT SOMETHING. SO I HAVE A HANDFUL OF TRAIL MIX AND MADE MYSELF. AND FELT SATISFIED BECAUSE I ATE. "I DIDN'T HAVE TO EAT!!"
