At work I saw boxes of doughnuts where there were boxes of car parts and though I have stayed raw all day, BF's cooked food this evening has been hard to resist. I hope to wake up in the morning without having weakened. I'm off to bed now.

Miserable weather and bf has said we would lay the rest of the paving this weekend. I hope we still can because even if the rain contiues, it will be nice to look out on a new decorative bit of garden rather than the chicken-ravaged lawns!

Like a cross between travel sickness and that point when you are on the brink of passing out from alcohol. Not nice.

Madly hooping in circles didn't help. Got a feeling - not as strong as a craving - for meat. Am going to bed before it gets any worse.

It used to be that food came with recipes printed on the packaging - helpful to many.

I noticed today that the label on the pineapple I bought - why it needs a label other than to hold the barcode I don't know - had the following printed on the reverse
