If you think thats bad, I remember getting one that said Ingredients :Pineapple
My pineapple always tells me that is is vegetarian also, not vegan, figured its something to do with sprays and the pineapples previous diet.

it was the recipe from raw on $10 a day ... roughly. I have no dehydrator and I used honey not agave. The sauce came out much thincker than hers and I think that must be because of the amount of sun dried toms I used but the recipe doesn't say if you soak them first and I did but not for a huge amount of time.

ha! I was thinking of doing the marinated mushrooms and onions as part of a marinara sauce. So what was your technique exactly?

    Glad it was satisfying. :)

I will ... sometimes I eat a one slice melon

People like that are obviously just insecure about their own image/health/eating habits. Pay no mind and enjoy your 2 slice melon!

thanks Nad & Banana - only just saw your comments as i haven't got used to the new layout yet!

Raw potato salad would be a very wonderful thing indeed.

My french dressing is 1 part organic cider vinegar and 2 parts raw extra virgin olive oil. salt and pepper and 3 organic medjhool dates all blitzed up in the blender so it goes thick.

    Optional ingredients, garlic and ginger
    or seaweed
Sometimes I use honey instead of the dates but then I leave the dressing thin like trad. french dressing.

what is your french dressing?? ...good for you!! Apparently that's the thing about overcoming addictions, that you think Beyond the drug onto the crash afterwards and use that imagery to avoid doing it.

Well done for staying strong mystic, it's tough but I'm sure your body will love you that much more for it. Now if only we could come up with a raw version of potato salad :)

It was about 2 hours of feeling yucky and it passed. Feeling a little delicate this morning but will have an easy day and pamper myself!

Hmm that's weird! I never craved meat even when i did eat it. I'm sorry your not feeling well i hope it passes!

Haha that's pretty funny, although that said I think I learned how to peel/prepare a pineapple from youtube because I'd never seen anyone do it before

no I generally don't drink at meal times. I am trying to be hydrated properly at all times so at meals I can just let my stomach acids do their thing. I will drink again after my meal has "gone down".

When it comes to water intake I worry as well (and will be even more so now that I'm back to living in an extremely hot climate) but I find the best reminder is just carrying a large water bottle with me and refilling it at all times. Then I just drink as much as I can whenever I remember. Do you drink during meals? Just curious.

This water intake calculator is quite fun ...

I'm about a litre short of what I should be drinking according to them.
