Yes it was these realizations that caused me to give up on raw after almost 3 months of being 'all raw'....because I realized that probably all the nuts I'd eaten the whole time were not Really raw in that they wouldn't sprout...so what is the difference if I eat an equal number of calories cooked.
So I dropped the raw ball....which is sad in a way because now I am a full 50 pounds heavier and look like crap...and eat like crap, lol.
Now, I am still trying to figure out some plan that I can live with...like eating fruit or salad has become this big deal in my head because I associate it with raw veganism and I just can't seem to keep it simple in my head any longer...I see All foods in terms of raw or not raw and now half the time my hubby eats more raw than I do because he's just simply 'eating a peach'. :/ ...sorry, that turned into a vent a bit...woopsies!

absolutely 8 sizes. That is so amazing. I would be so happy to be a size 12/14. I remember when I was. It wasn't so long ago. You give me hope and inspiration!!

In Canada, depending on the store/brand I can find odd numbered sizes, so I say you dropped 8!!! WOWWWWWW!

    thank you :)

I feel quite strong again this evening and I didn't give in to rubbish like KFC or chocolate fudge bars!

Well, it might not sound like much encouragement coming from me (given my own issues), but I'm cheering for you to hang in there. We all hit stumbling blocks and give in to urges at times.. the main goal is to be in it for the long haul. I know you have the determination to stick to anything you set your mind to!

today I have not been 100% raw or 100% vegan.

Tomorrow I will hop back on the bus - actually I have already hopped back on the bus.

I just tried adding the most recent offender to my "ignore list", but they still eat up a huge portion of the page by putting little announcements that the person has said something, but I've chosen not to view it. C'mon folks, if I want to ignore them, I don't want to see anything about them on my pages!
Ignore should really be ignore not the strange set up that exists at the moment.

I'm right there with you! It's also frustrating that you can't report more than one spam every 60 seconds. And yep, even when you do report something, it takes a long time to get removed. Meh, not worth the effort at all.

I think"novel" probably covers poppy seeds also ... not sure about hemp. We are allowed to eat hemp seed. But not grow it. Even if it is not the right sort for smoking

Heehee! That is pretty funny! I even find it funny that Europe has a "Novel Food" classification.. I am going to inspect our next bag of chia seeds to see how they are classified in the US!

thanks Speltrong. I know it will too which is why it's less of a cliff hanger than it might be.

Cycled 10 miles yesterday (2x 5miles). Will do the same today then I have some time off which is going to be lovely.

Bananas are great, and are really cheap. I keep hearing rumblings too about how bananas might not be around a whole lot longer as they are apparently on their way to being extinct, so enjoy them while you can! Ha!

When you say hooping, do you mean like hula hooping? That's pretty cool! And I bet great exercise too!
