    Yep! I hear you!

    AWESOME!!!
You can love yourself to slimness but you will never hate yourself to slimness. You will just hate yourself to more hatefulness and loathing.

We've had a "bit of a veg patch" for a while but this autumn we've put raised beds in - very low raised beds; nothing as fancy as John Kohler's - so in a way we are back to square one and have a new garden again.

There is also an area that has just been scrubby before which we are very slowly removing large amounts of bindweed from. This area will have soft fruits in eventually.

The vast majority of the garden is owned by my rescue hens. At the moment it's all getting rather muddy

you could halve the grapefruit and double the orange and then maybe do 1.5 lemons. Ginger I think would spoil it - you'd need to try both.

Using yellow grapefruit would be a mistake but the pink ones, if very ripe are fabulous.

This sounds really good! Though I must admit that I'm not a fan of grapefruit. I wonder if I could do some extra orange, and then maybe add in a bit of fresh ginger to give it the extra zing it'd be missing from the grapefruit not being there?

thanks you two ... it seems very quiet and quite different on here now.

I hope you are both well and still enjoying raw - things here are easier but not back to where we were yet. I've taken a second job to enable me to get back to raw. I missed it so much and felt really rough!

Thank goodness, you are back!!! I missed you terribly. When I became active on this forum (Aug, 2011) you and maggiesdaddy were an integral part of me getting on the raw wagon. You always responded quickly and intellectually. Hope all is well with you and bf health now. Glad to see you!!
    peace and blessings....

(((hugs))) to you MT!!!! So glad things are looking a bit better on bf health. But sorry about the finances. We live in a real world with real difficulties. Worrying about being 100% raw or 10% raw shouldn't be one of them. You are so resourceful and knowledgeable in the raw-food realm that I'm sure you'll still maintain mostly living-foods diet. And if not, so what. The most important thing is love. Give lots to your bf, he needs it right now I'm sure. And I'm sending my love to you......along with continued prayers.
