Yes, we are much excited about it. We can go right outside, pick something from a tree or from the garden and eat it. What could be better than that:O)

Keep going...don't eat cooked! I fell off big time and I feel terrible. I'm sitting here, writing this with an upset stomach and bad skin. Not worth it. Couldn't wait to reach a month and now I have to start from scratch...
    Good luck to you!

don't stress over it -- this is about freedom and the freedom to choose... you've made very healthy choices for a month and a half... you will continue to make those healthy choices... you are under other kinds of stress right now - and you don't need to adding worry over your foods to the list... find something yummy you love thats raw and just fill up on that and enjoy it...

I covered a piece of cardboard with aluminum foil, then placed a glass baking pan(you know what we used to bake cakes in?) over the top. It kept bugs out and held the heat in.
I slid something under two sides of it for ventilation.

    It worked wonderfully:O)

I have a friend who has done this over in Kona -- the sunny side of the island. did you use a screen to keep bugs off??

Nope, never tried it. Living in FLA, I was afraid it would A) rot, B) the ants would get it, or 3) It would rain. LOL
Perhaps I should give it a shot?!?

Aloha and welcome!! Sorry you're going thru a bladder infection. It could be any manner of things that brought this on. You could be detoxing infections that had been hiding in your body for quite a while. When I went raw - I think it was about 1 month or 1 1/2 months into it - I also developed kidney problems... I just drank lots of water - kept eating raw and my body did flush the toxins out in a few days! I hope youre feeling better soon!
