Thanks, Zaphirah, for your encouragement! :) I definitely know exercise helps me out. My mood changes so much when I do it. I think it is the combo of nasty food and not much exercise the past few days that have contributed to me feeling this way. So, back to work for me! I can DO THIS!!

You sound very much like me, before and during the first 8 months of raw. It has been only in the last week that I haven't had a lull in my energy. 3 things that I think have really brought my health up a notch is exercise (I bounce on the dc's trampoline and go jogging), 3000mcg of B-12 (mythelcobalamin), and a Yoga Nidra hypnosis track on my iPod. The hypnosis track feeds postitive messages to my brain while I sleep. It seems to have REALLY helped. I wish you the best of luck and HEALTH!

Hi, herbalgirl! I love your attitude! I too am just starting to get back into the raw challenge; I sort of fell off the wagon sometime in February. You can do it!

I hope your family starts feeling better soon. The CF cravings take different amounts of time for different people to go away. I understand about the peanut butter. Have you tried RAW almond butter with Raw Honey or Raw Agave? Or Raw cashew butter?? RAW soups warmed up in your blender are wonderful comfort foods as well. HUGS&PEACE Carrassa

    Thanks for all the comments!

Justine, the squash rice is really tasty, but I find I can't have a whole lot at once. It is a little overpowering!!

Banana ice cream is one of my most favorite and easiest raw dishes. We buy a box full of bananas every other week here. LOL The kids and I love it!
