I cleaned all night, went through stacks of mail, worked on re-organizing the food storage containers and then made Kale salad and Cinnamon, Coconut, and Chocolate Bliss Balls. Tired and satisified, feeling like I finely got some housework done, I went to bed around 5 am.




I had horrible nightmares, the worst ones possible, the kind you dare not even mention. On top of that I kept having to pee. So much for a deep peaceful sleep. I ended up waking ...

We Practiced the TREE POSE in Yoga Class.


I tried to Ignore the Brown Yoga spider that was creeping closer and closer, trying to seek out refuge in my limbs. EEKK !!!! Breath in and out, focus on your breath, not the spider climbing up my leg.

Not much happening. I was so very tired my body shut down into a coma like sleep. I slept yesterday and yesterday night, got up went to the farmers market came back and slept all day. I can't believe how many hours I slept. I felt like my enegry was sapped at work with the hectic, crazyness this week. That is how nursing goes.

Yoga class was calling me in my sleep, but I felt trapped unable to get up, in a deep sleep.

Just got off working and visiting the vet. The staples are out, her temp. is normal and she thinks she is on the mend and is ok to play.

So tonight we will celebrate with toy mouses and feathers on a stick. Maybe If I can wake up in time she can get a kitty condo or something fun to pounce and play on.

Last night someone said my butt is smaller. Thanks to Raw Food.

I am off to the shower and then bed.

A Co-Worker has a dog with cancer that she was going to put it down yesterday because fluid was pouring out of its head. Her husband tried laying his hands on the dog and healed it. The biopsy showed no cancer, the swelling in the lymph nodes is normal and the dog is eating well. It happened the day they were going to put the dog down. Miracles do happen.

Baby looks Fragile. She feels like she has a fever. She looks depressed. We are still sleeping, cudding together. I let ...
