    Day 24

    It was a rough morning BAD headache this morning, dizzy and my entire body ACHES... detox? perhaps so... I slept 9 hours last night, this is good for me considering many nights I get between 6-7 depending on work.
    DH urged me to take some tylenol or have a cup of coffee but NO...I just couldnt give in to that. I suffered through. I felt it coming on last night though. I ended up falling dead asleep in the evening for a couple hours.

    Its late afternoon, Ive been up since 3:30am for work and not a need or yawn for a nap yet. Sweetness. :)
    FRIDAY! It could not have come a day sooner.

    Ive been doing a lot of reading on the Water Cure... highly intrigued by this, I may give it a run next week to see how I feel. I do drink lots of water consistantly throughout the day- 3-4ltrs total but I limit my sodium intake to none added, just that naturally occuring in my unprocessed foods- which ...

    Day 22

    *yawn* so so so tired today!! We got home from church last night, had a snack and then I passed out on the couch. not like me! I didnt have to work this morning early and got 8 good hours of sleep. Yet after DH left this morning I drifted back to sleep for another hour. Just so tired... Im headed to work shortly, working til late tonight..lets hope I can make it with some energy!! My own energy and motivation for my clients is vital to successful sessions.

    Week 3 marker! almost nearing a month, its been a fantastic start to taking hold of lifelong health!

    Early 3:30am for work today. I did however need a nap when I got home... only an hour, I felt better after.
    Ive been using the Fo Ti for a week, twice a day with no noticable energy, libido increase, etc from it, so Ive doubled the dose for a couple days to see how that goes!

    Day 20

    ....and going strong with no looks over my shoulder or doubts beyond each day. :)

    It was so nice to have the weekend to get some R&R from work. Back in the groove this morning at 4:30am. Lots of energy and then some. I was able to put myself in bed at 9pm last night and sweetly fall asleep. It is so nice to feel sleepy at the end of the day vs. trying to make myself go to bed.

    It will be a week without apples... the grocery store ...
