  2. Well Hello!

    Hi everyone

    Haven't posted in a while.

    Some good news about the dogs we rescued 2 months ago from the street.

    We found a home for the dogs last week... I miss them a lot. It was hard to give them up - they were the best dogs ever. We took a whole crapload of pictures of them though so at least we have that. But man it took a huge hit on us. I've seen my husband cry 3 times in our 4 yrs together and that was one of them. He loved them a lot too.

  3. Need some help.

    I am falling off pretty hard. Pizza, poutine, other cooked crap -- which, mind you, doesn't taste that great -- has been huge on my plate lately.

    I had a taste of a chocolate brownie the other day and actually, I didn't taste anything. It had no flavor. So it's not as if this food is great to me. I just eat it because I feel I have to.

    I've only been able to do one 100% day this whole time. I want to do more. I want to go 2 days raw, to prove to myself I can do it. ...

  4. Woohoo

    Hello hello!

    I am down to 160 lbs. Pretty darn happy! I ate badly the last few days, was quite pissed off, but it's better now. Had a lovely salad today. I figured out why I hated salad - they just tasted so bland, so I bought a conventional dressing. It got me eating it, huh!

    Also juiced 3lbs of tangerines today to add some yum to green smoothies. Really hoping to get into them. I know how good they are for you but I'm so drawn to fruits, not veggies, so I really hope ...

  5. Tomorrow

    Tomorrow marks my 4 months at about 80% raw.

    Today marks 15lbs lost. I should probably take a body before/after picture.

    Feels pretty damn good though! I woke up today and the scale was at 161, SO CLOSE to 160 too. I am pretty happy to be nearing the 150s again. Honestly, I don't have a goal weight. I just want to be completely (or nearly!) happy with myself. I am happy with it though I could stand to lose some thigh.

    ah, I started using coconut oil ...
