  1. Learned my lesson.

    I've been probably around 90% raw this last week. Today for dinner, I made a big baked potato with vegan butter and steamed broccoli. Body is NOT happy. I feel so heavy and my stomach is just meh... I overate, which I don't do on raw. So I've learned my lesson. 100% for me now.

    Weight loss count this week is 4lbs.

  2. Awesome.

    Today is my 2nd very-high-raw day.

    I already feel amazing and have a newfound passion for the lifestyle. Some of the old-timers here may remember me.

    In 2007, I attempted raw the first time. Widely successful, I had lost 60lbs and felt absolutely amazing. But after moving to Australia and being heavily depressed, food addiction took over and I gorged on sugars to numb the pain. And of course, I regained all the weight and lost the countless health benefits.

  3. Feel like I'm breaking down.

    I am here to tear my heart out to everyone who will read.

    Every day seems a repeat of the last; I feel like I'm cracking.
    There are so many issues there that I am trying to address; health issues, and past issues. I've come to terms with many things but one is still my thantophobia. A bit over 2 years ago, I had a panic attack - and having had the whole "I'm dying" feeling, well, has screwed me up a LOT. I have all these fears now - fears that are relevent to death, ...

  4. Waaaah.

    So, 2 days 100% raw. At dinner I had some crust off my husband's pizza.

    I seem to already be detoxing though... which I undertand since I've been at about 70/80% raw since august. Feels like my body's saying 'finally! now we can get it over with!'

    I woke up at noon today, for one. And I'm a bit dizzy when I get up to walk around. Ah, and I had ( TMI WARNING ) a nice big, big yucky-feeling poo. Ah, and mucus in my throat. Yup. Gotta be detox.

  5. Hello Juicer!

    I got the stainless steel Jack LaLanna yesterday. Made my first juice this morning- 4 granny apples. It's pretty delish, a bit tart though.

    I'm inching closer and closer to 100% raw. I'm really noticing it, and I feel pretty damn good overall. It's still very iffy for me though. I know you're not supposed to feel deprived, but I still have that mentality sometimes. It is deprivation in a sense because you are deprived of cooked crap. I guess it upsets me to feel like I don't have ...
