    Hey Docsharp,

I hope you're feeling better as we approach the end of the year. It's a good time to hibernate - almost winter. ;)

    Be well,
    Crystal

That's a good plan. Take care of yourself! I have more pain when I eat cooked food as well - even though it is fresh, organic, and home cooked. Raw food takes the pain away.

Yes it's possible to have mad chickens.. no joke.. they will do anything to produce meat.

It sounds like you are really getting set up for your classes -- that's so cool tanisha!! and yep - this mad cow disease is scary. The things humans do to animals ... I just can't understand it...GREED... their love for money... it's disgusting and cruel. I'm so glad I'm a raw vegan... doing my little part to bring healing to this planet... blessings doc for posting this - we all need to be so aware.

I wish I could tell if my spices were irradiated but I can't

It's pretty crazy. I guess they irradiate most spices, so you really don't know that it wasn't unless it specifically says "non-irradiated." It's sort of a pain finding everything, but unfortunately/fortunately?, I can tell when something has been irradiated. It just tastes really off... I recently had to throw away some of my mom's spices because they were ruining whole salads or meals for me. Ick.

Thanks Justine...Beppa, I'm somewhat of a web designer, and I have a web hosting company, but I cheated though, due to time, I used someone elses template but I plan to make some minor changes to it. I am using Wordpress to run the blog. Email me if you need some help or assistance I'm a website and webhosting nerd.. I'm actually designing my own website for raw by hand and since it will take a bit of time, this blog helps.
