  1. It's been a while...

    Sorry I haven't posted recently. I've been extremely busy with school. So busy that I didn't even celebrate my one month of raw. Oops! Today is day #34. I can't believe I haven't eaten fish or chicken in over a month. I really miss it. Not all that fried, crappy stuff, but just a nice piece of grilled salmon filet or chicken breast--with a nice peach salsa or strawberry avocado salsa--I was quite the experimenter in the kitchen this summer. I miss cooking. A lot.

    Today is day #25. I've only lost four pounds. Still sleeping great. But I really don't understand how some weight is just falling off people, and mine is stikcing to me like glue. Help! I love how I feel, I just wish I were back to being thin...

    I haven't posted in a few days. Time really flies I guess! haha! I've been doing well. I haven't weighed myself, but I feel like my body is just reshaping or something. I feel so much cleaner from the inside out, but unfortunately I broke out really bad this week (that time of the month!) Besides that, everything seems to be looking up.     I apologize for the negativity. I just had read some forum posts and was astonished to see people talking about how they gained 5, 10, even 20 pounds in only 30 days of raw. I don't want to be one of those people. I feel I'm not one of those people that can eat whenever. i feel I'm one of thosae people that needs to count every calorie that goes in my mouth, even if it is raw. I guess I'll just have to monitor that more. I am having other awesome benefits--sleeping soooo well, and I don't ...

  5. I think I might give up...

    I really don't think this lifestyle is doing anything for me in terms of my weight loss. I weighed myself today and let's just say I am not happy with the number. I think I've actually gained. I'm so unhappy with my physical appearance, it's awful. I workout every day and watch every single morsel of food that goes into my mouth. I live with two girls who do jack in terms of exercise and eat whatever they want. Maybe I should just stop eating, or just live off like spinach or celery or something. ...
