  1. 5 days raw

Still going strong. Hasn't been hard either ..... I shouldn't even say that, or tomorrow I'll have the worst cravings ....

I haven't been eating much and I've been eating light, almost no dehydrated foods, and no pies or gourmet meals.

    to list todays food:
    fresh OJ
    coffee
sprout salad with cukes, green onions and red bell
    2 bananas
green salad with olive oil, vinegar, nutritional yeast and salt

    Been away from home ...

  2. Back again ....

I wanted a place to write down how my aches and pains will do on the raw diet. Haven't been raw for a while, and havent' tried either. Seems to get harder the older I get. Strange, maybe it's the possibility of failure once again, that keeps me from trying more often.

Today is my third day raw, except for homemade coffee with stevia, half decaf coffee.

So the pains I am watching are:
    - foot pain, maybe arthritis?
    - neck pain
    - constipation, sluggish ...

  3. 5 days raw - whooo

Oh goody, yep, I've made it five days, lol.

That salsa walnut meat dish is to die for! On top of corn tostada shells, it is absolutely delectable! If anybody is interested, it came from goneraw. It is such a hearty dish. Mmmm!

So yes, five days for me. I'm on my morning green smoothie. Collards, tat-soi (looked to me like some kind of chinese cabbage green, and I had to try it), mango, blueberries and banana.

    I'm preparing ...

  4. Once again trying 100% raw

I can't believe it, but it's been one whole year, since I went raw with my husband. And even more unbelievable is, that he STAYED 100% raw! No slip-ups nothing! He is amazing! He has changed so much since I met him. We both agreed, we never thought he would ever become raw. He didn't like fruits much, loved meat. A meal without meat was strange to him, lol.

Anyways, yesterday was his 1 year raw anniversary! That is when I started again. I fasted yesterday, and I was thinking I might ...

  5. Just checking in ....

I can't believe it's already almost been one week since I last posted, wow!

Been keeping busy with meeting homeschooling families. My son will turn 6 in April, so it was high time I started getting involved in the local homeschooling scene.

My husband and I are still 100% raw. I've been able to stay raw as well since my slip up. Today is our 5 week point.

The last few days I've been actually craving chocolate. Not bad cravings, but chocolate sounded ...
