  1. Slow and steady

I have been taking it slow and steady, eating as much raw as possible, yet allowing myself to eat cooked food as well.

Eating more raw has made me feel great this week!! I would say I've eaten about 70% raw. I would have been eating even more raw if the weather hasn't been cold and rainy. 4. Day 2 RE-DO / Avoiding the first bite

I feel like a total failure. I feel like I have all the knowledge in my head and the will to do this, yet I find my self yesterday, completely falling off the wagon in a big fat way.

I've got to keep focused on avoiding that first bite, because I know it's all downhill from there.

I have my fridge stocked up, raw foods at the ready, yet I still fucked it up at work yesterday. Maybe I need to bring food to work to sneak on when I'm hungry and not busy, instead of ...
