    im excited. today when excellent foodwise:

    i had:

    b: 3 small bananas
    l: apple slices and gt's kombucha
    d: green smoothie made w/ blueberries, spinach, carrots, cucumber, stevia

    i took 1 tbsp coconut oil

    i feel great, i didnt restrict myself just payed attention to my body very closely.

    i didnt do a number two at all yesterday. i dont feel constipated quite but i dont feel as nice as if i was regular. its weird, bc i ve been eating almost all fruit and fruit is usually good for relieving such a thing and i havent been constipated in a little while. maybe i should drink some herbal tea.

    on another note, i can't believe how much the cellulite on my legs has gone down since september began. combined with super clean, fresh eating (no dried foods or nuts, mostly fruit) ...

  3. eating all fruit and coconut

    i ate all fruit and coconut oil today and i feel great. fruit and coconut digest so easily for me and give this clean pure energetic feeling. my september mini challenge is going great. going off of nuts/dried fruit/cocoa powder etc, is like night and day for me. i feel more toned (partly bc ive been moving/exercising more due to my increased energy), my face is clearing up again, my skin is so soft, my feet look narrower and smaller and my ankles and calves look slimmer. i feel cleaner, lighter, ...

  4. i love listening to my body

    ive been eating mostly fruit and coconut oil the past few days along with a green smoothie. today i ate a salad that had avocado, romaine, sprouts, tomato, green/red peppers and onion. it was good but i feel like it was too complex. i feel/do better when i eat more simply, either one thing at a time, or like two or three ingredients. fruit seems easier for me to digest too and along with coconut oil really energizes me. so i think im going to lay off big, bulky complicated salads that contain a ...

  5. continuing to fine tune my life

    I ate all fruit and coconut/oil today. i had a whole banana coconut cream pie for lunch and it really didn't make me feel bloated at all. i was just satisfied for pretty much the rest of the day. the only neg. i felt today was maybe a bit of a sugar crash into the evening. im thinking of eating more nordic fruits instead of the high sugar tropical/exotic ones. i wont give them up bc i love them and they are good for me but they're a plenty of less intense fruits to enjoy like pears, apples, berries, ...
