Thanks for the cool ideas on the bread. I have to figure out how to make a bread in a regular dehydrator. The one with the big holes. Any ideas?

Sounds like a wonderful substitution to the typical zucchini type "noodles" which I don't really care for. I'm going to try the kep noodles. Thank you for sharing!

Juice fasting can still be pretty intense from the testimonys I've read and followed... but again - not as intense as MC... plus the you have more nutrition from the juice, fruits and veggies... Don't feel that you have to stick to the fast if your body is saying no! Just use wisdom and follow your intution! YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!!

How much of the drink are you having? and Yes you're right - raw foods will still detox your body - and more gently while providing nutrition. When you fast - there are different kinds of fasts. It depends on what you r trying to do and why. MC is for those that want to detox down to the cellular level - like I did when i quit smoking and drinking - I wanted to get the crap out of my system from years of abuse.

You know, if you decide not to finish the fast, at least you will be eating raw foods that help to get the bad stuff out of your body and the good stuff in! :)

Drink more of the MC lemonade. I think the website I found said to drink so many cups or ounces or somethings (cannt remember the amount)... but I drank more of the stuff. I drank as much as I wanted. When I got hungry - I downed the tea, doing tht kept me full! You can do it!! ;)

but it died because we didn't take care of it while we were moving :( oh well. how long does it take to produce fruit?

fasting is quite hard, and i wish you ease for the rest of it!
