    Well I have been doing pretty well these past few days, I would say that I have gotten my diet back up to probably 90% raw, which I am satisfied with for the time being.     I've been having fun getting experimental in the kitchen as I am working on integrating raw foods back into my lifestyle.   4. Back After 4 Months

    Well, here I am again! Since my successful 30-day raw challenge in July, I have found myself progressivly slipping back into a lifestyle that I KNOW is unhealthy. And I can feel it in my body. I've been feeling run-down and lethargic lately.     Man. I don't know about this Master Cleanse business. I am friggin HUNGRY Plus, I have been doing more research online about fasting, and it really looks to me like juice fasting is WAY healthier than the MC. I dunno. I just know that I feel crappy and have no energy whatsoever. I'm not even sure if I really need to fast at all, considering that raw foods is probably the most detoxing diet you can have.
