  1. T- 12 hrs (Sept 1)

    Short blog....just wanted to say that I've joined a fall season challenge (13 weeks starting tomorrow).
    We have to set:

    1 nutrition goal
    1 fitness goal
    1 weight goal
    1 mind/body, mental health goal

  2. Time for Commited Changes...

    Hey Everyone!

    Well Tomorrow I am off like a herd of turtles. :)

    At some point there is just no denying what you need to do and you just have to do it. For me, that time is now.

    I am just going to take this one day at a time...in that, tomorrow my goal is to Just be raw tomorrow.

    I remember a very motivating list....actually let's just talk about lists for a moment shall we? Don't we Love to make them, lol.

  3. My progress...

    Yesterday I broke my fast with raspberries at 4pm. Yummo!

    I did stay vegan and gluten free and also junk food free except for a handful of chips.

    I quit root beer and chocolate and freezies...I am SOOOO done with sugary junk food. You know how sometimes you just turn on a dime and you know you're just done forever? That is me with sugary junkfood. I'm done for life....It seriously has just gone too far and gone on too long and I'm super done.

  4. IF'ing, going raw...tomorrow is Monday, etc. ;)

    Well I have been successfully intermittent fasting for a week now. This is where you only eat during a certain window of the day. My window was 4-9'ish. I lost 1.5 pounds. It would have been a bit more but I gained one pound back due to a coupld of rather junky days near the end.

    Anyways, this week I am going to keep doing the same but seek to increase my nutrition and kick dairy to the curb once and for all. It just totally destroys my complexion (sp?). I know that even when I eat ...

  5. 06/11/11 -Day One :)

    I am going all raw and I'm starting today.

    I have a feeling that this time will be different for a few key reasons.
