  1. Lately..

    Since the first I have been counting calories and trying to have fruit everyday. The first week I lost 5 pounds. :)

    I started placement on Monday and realized that I NEED to pack a lunch...there is no food nearby and my lunch is too short to run home and have it there. So Tues and Wed I brought a salad and fruit to eat...effectively raw all day! I am in placement till JUNE...so will be raw all day till June, lol. ...atleast during weekdays.

    So I have levelled up again! ...

  2. Psyched! :)

    Ok...so hubby (and some kids here and there) and I, just watched:

    Forks over Knives

    Sugar, the bitter Truth (on youtube)

    and

    Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead

    ...all back to back in that order. Needless to say, we are feeling pretty inspired to start, transform, set an example of what can be accomplished and pay it forward. ....although he says he will still have the odd chicken breast....because we have a lot in the freezer, lol. ...

  3. Quick Update

    Hey guys!
    I am almost at the four week mark for being off dairy and gluten and peanuts, almonds, kidney beans and yeast.

    I do feel 'better'...but I also still feel pretty terrible. My face is clearing up from the acne soooo amazingly, but I still look dull, flat, bloodshot eyes, dark circles under them. I am having issues with my energy...I am not sure why. I have low B12 issues, and recently stopped taking my pills because the one brand had lactose in them and the other has ...

    Hey, hey!
    Hope everyone is having a good run at the holidays...lol. I am just banging out my very last assignment of the semester. Yesterday I wrote 18 page of essay...EIGHTTEEN in one day. Ok, technically it was 2am by the time I was done.

    Soooo, I've decided that even though I've been all raw before and could technically just dive right in, I'm going in, in gradual increments. I've probably said this before...but I have been doing this pretty much all fall, so I am seeing ...

  5. Where I am and Where I'm going?

    On November 23 I got the results of my food sensitivity test. It was expensive, but great in the sense of No Guess Work...and a much better understanding of how sensitivities work.

    On my Severe List:

    Yeast (baker's): 73
    Cow's milk: 46
    Peanut: 43
    Gliadin (gluten protein): 40
    Bean (red kidney): 36 ...ook?
    Almond: 32
    Goat Milk: 32
