Fab Banana. What are these blonde macaroons? We have almond or coconut ones here but they are always cooked. Not seen raw ones.

Ordered some items from an online store...they have a local pick-up option for my city too...RIGHT around the corner from my work!
I bought coconut aminos...a new type of tamari, soya sauce deal. Also some wraps made of coconut that I repeatedly keep hearing about how great they are. ...and some sun dried tomatoes as the ones in the stores really bug me and I think I have issues with added sulphites to foods so I'm excited to try them.

    :)

Good Job Bananna! :) The weight you lose will stay off that way!
I love jicama! I slice it paper thin and use it like a wonton wrapper. I stuff mine with julienne carrots & celery, add some avocado and dip in amino acids. YUMMMM! Let me know what you choose to do with yours. Keep up the good work. Very inspirational!

congrats ... the slowness of the weight lost means it is more likely to be sustained and you are less likely to crack and go binge on something outrageous. Keep on keeping on.

Congrats on the weight loss, banana. I can't stand it when it slows down and you can't figure out why!

maybe you could try a chocolate green smoothie? There is some caffiene in there! I LOVE banana-choc based smoothies. :)

Go Bananna! Good job! I remember my first green smoothie was rather brown looking and I thought...what am I doing!?!?!? LOL then I kept making them and got better at ratios and found some that I really loved. I haven't done a green smoothie in a while. I will need to try one tomorrow. Good job.

Hey, I think, like you, I am a coffee-a-holic. It is so hard to stop drinking something that gives you a kick in the pants every morning. That is something I struggle with...lack of ambition...fatigue...low thyroid. Agh! But we will get there.

I am thinking happy thoughts and sending them your way! No more depression...no more depression. (((HUGS)))

Lots of cool stuff...romaine, mushrooms, celery, onion, grapes, tomatoes, walnuts, dates, maple syrup (guess that's not raw either, lol), olive oil, sesame seeds.

If you need some inspiration for that psychological hurdle, here is a great quick book! I'm just starting out to on this raw journey, and loving it! This book is helping me significantly.... Soak Your Nuts by KKaryn Calabrese. The name got me interested, but she really knows what she's talking about!

Balsamic vinegar isn't raw but what the heck, it's small beer. What was in the salad.
