  1. Day 7 One official week done!

    Hi Everyone,

    Thanks for the kind words Starfire, I really appreciate them :)
    I was entirely raw again yesterday, mostly ate fruit, as I had nothing else left. I am down exactly 5 pounds from this time last week!!! I'm not sure if it's the raw food, or just not eating my usual chips and chocolate....not overeating. I seem to be fine to not partake in whatever is on the coffee table at night, even if I smell it, I can't explain why this doesn't bother me. Normally I would last ...

  2. Day 6...puffy.

    Yes, I gained back a pound...again. But not from over eating so the only explanation I have is that I had salted sundried tomatoes in my salad and I am retaining water because of it.

  3. Day 5, Step 1 in recovery.

    Ok, here goes. My name is Anna. And I am a chocoholic.

    YesterDAY went ok, other than I broke my blender somehow...it started giving off a burnt smell and then refused to blend anymore. Now my DH bought this and so silly me, I went to the store and replaced it with the exact same one, and didn't tell him! ...lol, I'm sure I will come clean soon enough.

  4. Day 4 completed...phew!

    Yesterday was only frought with a deep craving for french onion soup. I don't have a dehydrator so the recipe on here was undoable, but none the less comforting. So I made a zucchini avocado one instead and it wasn't too bad!

    I have been snacking on this bag of almonds however, which helped me not lose, but actually gain back a pound. That and the day before I was probably dehydrated from severe sickness and showed a weight loss for that reason. Sooo I am back to 154.2, so 2.8 pounds ...

  5. Third day not charming

    But I did not eat anything SAD ....again? I can't believe it! Where is this stick-to-it-iveness coming from?
    It REALLLY wasn't easy though. Yesterday was by far the worst day.
    I started off with some canteloupe as I wanted to give myself a hue, and I know orange foods will do that nicely. ...ok, well not orange foods as in cheese.
