  1. New Plan

    After a week or so...of having no will....some thought....looking at those 'holes', I am doing something new.

    I am going to do weight watchers, combined with vegan'ish, with a raw slant. I have tried this before...but weight watchers has a new plan out right now where fruit is zero points...well one is, not sure if you had 5 bananas in one sitting if that would be but I will find out soon enough with the etools option which is more accurate. WHICH apparently I have been paying for ...

  2. March 4th

    Not raw today really, less a few things.

    I think I was bored, uninspired and needed to grocery shop. I didn't do too badly though by my usual SAD eating comparisons. I think I am even more uninspired by cooked food though, so I don't see this sticking.

    Schoolwork feels incongruent and I think I'm in this whole eating mess because of it...forced to sit when I want to run basically. Only a few more weeks, then a few months off. Then my last year I get to go to an actual ...

  3. Day 3 - March 3

    Still all raw today :)

    Breakfast:
    Banana Slam Pie ...or whatever it was I was calling it, toss ingredients in bowl, stir thing. lol

    Lunch:
    A green curry Thai soup that I didn't really like that much, but didn't hate either.

    Supper:
    A Huge salad topped with my maple syrup, almond, vinegar type dressing, walnuts and cranberries.

    Bananas, nut butter and honey...and cinnamon.

  4. Day 2, March 2nd

    All raw today again...with the exception of that salad dressing recipe I have that uses a bit of peanut butter. ..I guess since nuts are debatably raw, peanut butter in one recipe, when I'm part Indonesian (peanut sauce is awesome), isn't something I'm sweating just yet.

  5. March 30 Day Challenge

    I am VERY busy in March but I am also sure that Raw will only Help this situation. :)

    Today is Day 1, feeling fine.

    Breakfast:
    1 large apple.
    Banana Pie Toss (sliced banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, shredded coconut, pecans)

    Lunch:
    Curried up spinach salad of which I might make a second batch.

    Supper:

    I DON'T KNOW, but I must have some chocolate before the day is over...either in a smoothie, or by making ...
