I care. Meditation helps to get out of dark holes.....or visualising things. Try to imagine yourself the way you want to be. Do it when you have time and before going off to sleep.

Concentrate on each beautiful detail and feel the joy coming out from the bottom of your heart. Your thoughts are real and strong. Increase the amount of the good ones, concentrate on them and you will see how they start changing your reality......if you keep doing this, one day you might find yourself in the paradise.

Surround yourself with LOVE, you deserve it! Be kind to yourself.

    I believe in you.

    Take care,

    Eva

((((hugs))))). I had a uncomfortable day yesterday that led to fretful sleep and grouchy dreams. Take a nap later today. Naps can cure ANYTHING

On the crop issue: without govn't control/ subsidies of the crops (or highways/ trains/ other modes of transportation ... without lobbyists ... with a gold dollar backing ... basically with govn't only in control of international relations/ protection and the enforcement of laws against physical harm to the persons and properties of others -- in other words, just shy of anarchism but significantly so, as Rand -- and I -- believe would be best) small/ local farming would absolutely take off.

I'm a libertarian as well. No use to call yourself a "baby libertarian," my friend. If you've read Ayn Rand and agree with the major principles I think you qualify!!

Just my two cents. Buy a carrot.

By the way, what do you mean by "deist (absurdist)" anarchy??

Thanks tiggerbounce. I'm looking at a Berkey filter, too. Looks portable.

Be kind to yourself. That is first and foremost. For a filter, I used Reverse Osmosis. But you can get them for under the sink or you can fill up containers at the HFS. Take care!

Smoothies / slushies can be great because you can throw in just about anything. Then save the gourmet for treat a couple of times a week if you really want them. Some people transition by eating cooked once per day and adding more and more raw as they go. Some stay at 90% always because that is the proper balance for them. Some will have some cooked very once in awhile. Others are 100%. No matter what you do,

Recipes are fun and interesting...but some can be time consuming, expensive, and not taste all that great. Some are absolutely fabulous though. If you can come to enjoy simple raw, you may see things differently. Grab an apple or banana (or 10) and just go. No dishes. No prep. Try to find and keep lots of varieties of fruits and veggies on hand that you can grab and go or slice and eat. .....

And do not be hard on yourself. If your friend was in your position you would tell them it is ok, just try again from another angle. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again, you will expect the same results, right? Try afresh. From a new approach. And maybe start more slowly. Get the cobwebs out and get more balanced and prepared. Clean up the kitchen space so that it is not frustrating to work in there. Then, try to wrap your mind around simple raw...

first, i agree about the pc's. grrrrr. sorry about that. And a wise gal named RP who used to be on RFT once said, depression is anger without passion. I related to that. I thought about the times I was down and thought, you know, often it was because I was frustrated because I am trying so hard not to upset everyone else around me. Not sure if you relate to that. It is very important to remember that this does not have to happen all at once. (next...)
