    Dh loved all the raw food I made him! He ate a whole bunch of berry bars right out of the dehydrator and he said they were soooo good!

    The baby, 2&1/2 year old, loves them too.:)

    I wraped them all up individually, (took a while ), in as much as a bar shape I could mannage, and them put them in a zip loc baggie in the fridge.

    I made so much....trippleing the batch= enough for you and your family to eat fresh out of the dehydrator + ...

    My first entry on my very first blog! Woohoo!!!

    Today is good! I am getting a grip.

    I dusted off my dehydrator and found a spot for it in the dineing room. Yesterday I went to the store to do my 1st shopping for the family not just me, they want to be as raw as they can. I spent $290.00!!

    I came home and made this eggplant avacado salad for my dh's lunch today and my 7 year old, Maile, helped. She loved helping! We made Alissa's berry bars ...
