  1. Give Me One Good Reason...

    Here's the deal. I've been high raw eater and recently took the plunge and began eating 100% raw. I thought I'd experience 100% raw for 90 days or so to see if I noticed any appreciable differences that would result in my remaining a raw vegan. I've been 100% for about three weeks.

I've sought & found some additional raw resources (folks who do food prep), which is great because one of my goals is to connect with a chef whose creations I like so that I can "keep it raw" even when my schedule gets krazy.   3. What's Up, Everybody!

    How's everything in the raw food Queendom (okay, & Kingdom:)? I've been quite busy and haven't checked in as often as I'd like. But, I had a few minutes this evening & wanted to check in to see how the gang is doing. So, tell me what's happening with you? Did I miss any significant events?

  4. Simple and Delicious

    I haven't been blogging much because there hasn't been much to say. I've "settled" into how I'm eating. I'm still keeping it simple and still feeling satisfied. I'm not sure what will happen when the weather turns cold and there's not as much variety to pique my interest. We'll see. Maybe then, I'll decide to get a dehydrator or unpack my food processor.   5. Living Between Fullness & Hunger

    It's unbelievable what happens when we learn to listen to our bodies again. I've learned, for the first time in a veeeeeeeeeeeeeery long time, how to listen to my body again. And, doing so has been nothing short of miraculous. Once I finally got out of my head about hunger and really started listening to my stomach, I realized that I was reeeeeeeeeeally overeating.
