  1. dhal all gone

    So all raw today

    Yesterday was strawberry smoothie, dhal and rice, a few grapes salad and the sweet potatoe pie and lots of fluid

    Today will be smoothie with superfoods. I will make some moreflax seed crackers but they won't be done til tonight

    Another salad and maybe butternut squash soup - based of juliano's but tweaked as I don't have all of those oranges and munching on grapes and maybe the odd carrot

  2. Blue skies

    Its looking good out there

    Yesterday

    Strawberry smoothie
    Couple of Strwberry Biscuits
    Small portion of Lentil Dhal with rice
    Remnants of flax seed crackers
    Sweet potato pudding I saw on another Blog - lovely
    Pear
    mixed salad

    I also went for a 5 mile walk - I have avoided exercise this week but have still lost weight now I will bring that back in - planning to cycle today definately 22 miles but if I am feeling ...

  3. not had this before

    Right so yesterday I ate

    Chocolate smoothie - basically avocado and banana with cacoa powder and maca and spirulina

    A few pieces of flax crackers
    About three of the strawberry biscuits
    carrot and baby sweetcorn dipped in the nut pate
    a few grapes
    A pear

    A very small portion of lentil Dhal with rice - not raw but the portion was tiny compared to what I used to eat

    Drank loads of fluid

    Got on the ...

  4. OK its all cool

    So day three now and again mostly fruit - I sneaked on the scales and have lost 1 and a half kilos in 2 days just due to diet as I am taking it easy on the exercise front

    Won't get on the scales very often because i tend to get obsessed if I do - once a fortnight should be enough

    A bit tired and headachey at the moment but that is to be expected

    The strawberry biscuits are fab and I still have some flax crackers left rather miraculously

  5. MMmmmm well

    Today was the next step forwards - towards 100% by the end of the month

    Juices and a couple of pieces of fruit til tea time - then for some reason toast. Don't know why

    Tomorrow - mostly fruit with a couple of strawberry biscuits I made with some nuts and the pulp from a strawberry and melon juice I had this morning - I have made flax crackers in preparation and the little nibbles I have had so far tells me this batch are every bit as moreish as the last ones. ...
