  1. 5th day

    Today I was tempted much less than yesterday, but I still had some thoughts...
    I woke up with mouth corners even more craked, so drank 20 ounces of veggie juice(in case it is really vitamin B defficiency). I hope it is just detox.
    Then I ate water melon(my son rolled it to me, because he wanted it), cucumbers, peaches, kale-banana-figs smoothie, apples. Figs always burn my mouth badly, so now I will use them just in the smoothie, which I drink through the straw and rinse my mouth ...

  2. 4th day -part two

    After that I ate a bag of pears(maybe 6 small ones) and from that point on I had so much gas, that I decided to take an enema. And it was a good thing, because I had constipation(sorry for the details). I still can not get it, why when we go raw, at first we get constipated despite, that our food is mainly water and fiber...I did not eat even nuts today. Otherwise felt great.
    At night we went to Trader Joe's where I hoped to get some blueberries, but they did not have any. So I got and ...

  3. 4th day

    Yestersay I already wrote an entry and my computer froze and I lost it before posting. Oh, well.
    SO today is my fourth day and I am doing great. First couple days I had detox headaches(I took enemas to get rid of them). Today I noticed craked mouth corners(something that does happen to me once in a while-raw or cooked), so I drank some vegetable juice.
    In these three days I ate a lot of canteloupe melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, (lettuce, kale, banana) smoothies, apples, ...
