I only lost 9 total in the first 30 day challenge - so I can relate. However that's over 2 lbs per week. Which is much better than weight watcher /atkins results, etc. I had to focus on how great I was feeling instead of the weightloss. PS. try a tsp of coconut oil am/pm - it speeds it up. PS Cake...what cake? I didn't see anything. Just keep going.

Thank you so much for support!
Oh, so mouth cracking is connected to some foods-possibly allergic reaction. Hmm,then I should try mono diet and see which one of the foods gives it to me. Although the funny thing is that it is the worst in the morning-the scabs get bigger after the night and get smaller at night, but maybe just because I move them while eating and talking.
I think I tried googling before, but all I got was b vitamin defficiency, which I am not convinced is true.

Glad the headaches are gone. That was the worst part for me as far as detox goes. That and moodiness. Sorry about the cracked mouth corners. Have you googled it? Mine use to happen when I ate potato chips. :)

Hey, girl looking good! I can see the weight loss. ;) I got a durian today and can't wait to have it. I can hardly remember 125. Keep it up!!!!

Oh, durian is nice, but not something you can eat a lot of - for me it is too fat and sweet the same time. But since I am limiting my fats, I don't need a lot anyway. I eat two or three tablespoons of it.
I tried it before in raw food potluck, but then I got very little. So I wanted to try it and to take picture with it which I did - it is very spiky, so it is not the most pleasant thing to hold.
Next fruit I want to try is jackfruit, did you try it? Is it fatty and sweet too?

ahhhh durian.... (star shudders.... ) an acquired taste for sure! We do get them wild here - my dh looooves them, and I do nibble a bit here and there - but I must say - I could never devour one like my dh does! I'm learning to love them... ummm... okay -- verrrrry slowly!! ;) RAWK on -- youre doin so great... Day 8 -- ALMOST TWO WEEKS!! very cool!

    Hang in there.

I hate when computers act crazy, especially after writing a long letter or something. Nowadays I constantly copy what I am writing but if your computer freezes there is nothing you can do..
