  1. Just checking in

Just checking in really - I'm not managing a massive amount of raw at the moment. I'm putting that down to alot of busyness and stress in my life at the moment which means it's difficult to put the focus and energy I need to put in to enable me to be all raw (I know, I know - it sounds like excuses! )

I'm working full time, studying for college part time, revising for a big exam for this coming Saturday, arranging everything I need to arrange to complete the purchase of ...

  2. The good and the bad

Ok so I've had a couple of mostly non-raw days

But on the positive side, I went to class today (I'm studying part time for a diploma in naturopathic nutrition) and saw people I haven't seen since before xmas and since before I started back on raw - and two of them said 'you look really well' and asked what I'd been doing. So I told them I was back on raw and my classmate Jen was like 'wow well it really shows, you look great! And your skin looks so much better' :) :) :) And these ...

  3. On and off

I think yesterday's 'slip' - even though I wasn't bothered really about it - has affected my resolve today.

I got to lunch time and thought, sod it I'm gonna have a toasted baguette with cheese and ham and tomatoes! I hate to say it but I REALLY enjoyed it, ha ha

But I had a papaya banana pud for breakfast and a bowl of broccoli soup followed by my chocolate crumbly mixture with sliced banana for dinner (:) mmmm it's so good!), so I didn't do too bad ...

  4. About 70% day

Green smoothie for breakfast, veggies and dips for lunch, but had a couple of non-raw sweets at work in the afternoon and when I got home I ended up making a non-raw dinner.

    No worries. ;) ;) ;)

Spent about 2 hours this evening typing up recipes from Alissa's book and from this forum to put into a folder with plastic protectors. I don't like splashing my lovely book with food when I'm un-cooking! Maybe I'm crazy. But I think I'll find it easier to have the folder ...

  5. Another all raw day

    Anothre 100% raw day :)

    Green smoothie for breakfast
raw red pepper, carrot and celery sticks with dips for lunch
Alissa's Broccoli soup for dinner (which is amazing by the way - it's the first time I've tried it, and now it will be a favourite of mine I think :) )
Oh and dried figs and a bit of banana cream pie base mix as snacks

Argument with parents pretty much over, and I think some important stuff will hopefully have been resolved, so feeling ...
