    weight: 164.5 @ home
    170 @ the dr's office

    breakfast: I got up at 10:30 am and had a banana.

    bp: 135/88 @10:30am

    then got ready and went off to see my gyn. for my 11:30am appt.

    lunch: 1 orange and 1 banana

    dinner: i'll have the NRG soup from Juliano's RAW the UNCOOKED book

  2. 2nd day yesterday...

    uggh...i forgot to blog last night...but here it is now...

    BP @ 7am : 133/81
    BP @ 11pm : 144/98
    ...it's not the best but I trust that it's on its way back to normal...

    10:30am : baby carrots, cellery sticks, 1 broccoli, 1 cauliflower

    1pm: mixed green salad [I didn't know that the mixed salad that I bought had arugula in it...eeek..i don't like arugula..eeek...]with Ani Phyo's curry dressing made up of the following:

  3. First Day

    October 1st...the first day on the 30-day challenge.

    My check isn't clearing until tomorrow a.m. so no green smoothies until Wednesday. I can wait. It should be okay.

    I'm gonna follow Alissa and Shazzie's advise to listen to your body...only eat when hungry.

    10:30 am I went to Seattle Cafe and got myself a large salad---rommaine, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, sundried tomato, and cucumbers...with oil and vinegar. Yummy!

  4. Predetox...

    I need to lose a lot of weight! 50 lbs to be exact.

    Tomorrow, I have a doctor's appointment and I'm sure that my doctor is gonna give me that look again...the look that says "didn't I tell you to lose weight and exercise!? you did not lose any weight at all!"

    So, since Monday is the first day of October, I'm gonna do the 30 day raw challenge. And I'm gonna use this weekend to get myself ready for that challenge.
