    Can't believe so many days have passed since I last came to see how everybody is doing. Sure enjoy reading the blogs and new postings. Still eating Raw and glad for it. Haven't tried any new recipes of late. Staying pretty simple, but there isn't a whole lot you need to do with all the delicious and beautiful fruits and veggies available at this time of year. We have only one week from tomorrow before we leave on our venture west for two months. I'll have alot to report on once we hit the ...

  2. June 14 -- Two More Days

    Yesterday and today were great days. Had nothing but delicious raw food! Breakfasts were green smoothies, lunchs were chopped salads, dinners were green salads with lots of veggies. Sure wish I had more interesting blog entrys to write, but nothing really eventful happened either day. Just glad to be able to say -- "staying raw!" Take care! 'Til tommorrow (or, the next day) ... :)

  3. June 12 -- Two Days Worth

    Have been eating good the past two days. I guess that's a plus. I love all this Raw food. Ever since I started eating Raw in April it's gone very smoothly. Got up this morning and discovered another 3 lbs. have finally left me for good. I'm now at the 25 lbs. lost mark. I'll probably wake up tomorrow morning with another 2-3 pound loss, but then the next 7 days I'll be up and down and all around with those pounds. It's the way it happens every week. Although weight loss is not my main reason ...

  4. June 10 -- Quick Entry

    Today was a good day in many ways. But not eating ways... Went to church this morning and my heart and mind were fed abundantly. Loved every minute of it! Before I left for church, I grabbed a banana to eat on the way. As far as feeding my body, I guess that wasn't the best thing to do, but it kept me going 'til later. When I got home I cut up 2 celery stalks, 1/2 red bell pepper, about 14 grape tomatoes and 1/2 avocado. Put a little bit of Bragg's Liquid Aminos over it. Also finished ...

  5. June 9 -- Another Beautiful Day!

    Sunshine and gentle breezes is what our day was like around here today. Started the day with some cherries and then made a green smoothie (pineapple, banana, green grapes, spinach, sunflower seeds, cup of water and teaspoon of cinnamon). The cinamon made it taste terrific. Later, I went to make music with three other of my cello playing friends and we played cello quartes for two hours.
