  1. Getting easier and easier...

    Ok, yesterday was better. Started off with a great smoothie. Can't remember what lunch was, or if I ate, I know I was munching on peas most of the morning and some carrots so maybe I wasn't hungry? Supper wasn't the best, but had lots of salad and tomatoes with some cooked stuff. I had incredible cravings last night. I wanted CHOCOLATE! But instead I sliced up some strawberries with a bit of agave and ate that. Cured the sweet craving. THEN I wanted salties..lol. So I had some sliced tomatoe sprinkled ...

  2. Not a great day, but better.

    I've yet to do groceries, so i'm limited in foods. But yesterday was about 60% raw. Not great, but way better thani t's been in several weeks.

    short post today, I'm just about to go make my smoothie, and start my day right :)

  3. It's a New Day.

    I'm starting my challenge over. It's a new day.

    I'd been doing really well, eating well, feeling great! Then life got hectic and I was no longer a priority. And I quit eating raw.

    I'm paying for it now. The foggy all day headaches are back. The sniffles, the congestion. I don't like it. I'm due to get my thyroid checked in about 3 weeks, so I'm going to really focus and eat as raw as possible, and make sure it's in the best shape it can be. I know with a 6 week backslide ...

  4. Detox is easing up.

    This is a good thing. I kept myself very busy over the weekend. I painted ALOT of wood at the campsite. Our deck is now built, enclosed and screened. Just need a door. Mil must be starting to figure it out. She made sure she brought extra greens and fruit so I would eat what she prepared. FIL on the other hand, asked why the h*ll I wasn't eating, if I was on a diet or anything. I told him simply. I'm not all that hungry, if I'm hungry later I'll eat something.   5. Detox has HIT with a VENGENCE

    I feel terrible. I've a fever, I'm wheezie, headache at the back ofmy skull. I feel horrid.

    Dh is insisting I take tylenol. But I've no use for that. I've taken nothing.

    We've a busy weekend again. We're heading out to the campsite again, and we need to paint the shed and build decks. I'm not sure I've enough raw stuff. But I"m bringing my little blender(bullet) and making green smoothies. I think I'm going to do only smoothies until this detox completes. Hopefully ...
