  1. Day 11

    AM - Bannana, Coffee (felt whipped during class)
    NOON - grapes
    SNACK - All natural nacho chips and salsa
    PM - Salad with some chicken, grapes

    EXERCISE - Biked 35 mins. Swim for 15 minutes

    H20 - 1 liter

    Weight - 152.2 (Again- WTF??)

    I went to the doctor this afternoon. My entire abdominal area is protruding. He is going to run a full blood panel. I used to think thyroid - now maybe Cushings disorder.

    AM - Fruit, Sprouted bread with cashew butter
    NOON - Green smoothie
    PM - Mixed salad, fruit, small amount of baked beans, half a deviled egg and small amount of peanut butter cake. One small glass of wine.

    H2O - Lots

    EXERCISE - None

    WEIGHT 149 (WTF???)

  3. Day 9

    AM - peach, plums
    NOON - Sprouted ezecial bread with almond butter
    PM - Kristi's wedding. Vodka/lemonade (2), several beers , salad, green beens, purple cabbage, chicken

    Got home at 11 and was starving! Fell completely off the wagon. Triskits with Pinconning cheese spread and some more chicken! AAACCKKK.

    EXERCISE - Jogged 1.5 miles with Bayley and then walked 1.5 miles. Felt great.

    H20 - not enough

    WEIGHT - 148.2 ...

    AM - Fruit
    NOON - Veggie Pannini/grape leaves/bean salsa
    SNACK - Fruit
    PM - Fruit

    H2o - 1 liter

    WORKOUT - None

    WEIGHT - 146.8

    I fell asleep on the couch at 7 pm - woke up and went up stairs and crashed again. It had been a long week

    NOON - Faux Greek salad
    SNACK - 4 tizzlers (what was I thinking) and some whole grain nacho chips (same question again. . . )
    PM - More fruit and cereal

    H20 - 3 liters

    WEIGHT - 147.2
