    Another Pound Thinner

    OK I really didn't think I'd lose anything because I ate SO MUCH...
    Breakfast
    2 bananas
    Snack
    Cantalope
    Snack
    Pecans (let just say more than a handful )
    Lunch
    Lara Bar (so yummy and filling)
    Snack
    whole avo
    Dinner
    slice of raw manna bread (carrot raisin)
    Snack
    more pecans(it was that or breakdown for SAD nachos)

    Hooray lost 2 more LBs doin a happy dance :)
    Okay still detoxing... but feeling much better than lasty night.
    Yesterday I ate:
    coffee
    breakfast:
    banana maybe 2
    lunch
    DELICIOUS grapefruit
    Snack
    baby carrots
    Snack
    almonds
    snack
    banana dipped in walnut leftovers YUMMY
    I know mixing fruit and nut is not great combo but I was craving something
    Dinner
    Nachos (SAD) + Gingerale

  3. beginning day 3

    Feeling musch better than I was last night
    some intense stuff going on there.


    Dinner last night:
    green smoothie (lots of kale, 3 GS apples, mango)
    it was very filling
    snack
    banana

    All raw day to accept for coffee and olives

    I decided to drink coffee again today because I'm not feeling my best have a new job and interveiw today.
    Maybe tommorrow I'll knock it out completely.

  4. Day 2 getting better

    Hi everyone,
    I gave in last night and ate:
    1 amy's potpie
    coffee (very small cup)
    and little more
    It still was better than I usually eat.
    Thank you Gwena and Starfire I saw your comments today.
    I'm back on track

    Breakfast:
    2 bananas + small cup of coffee, 6oz or less (decided to ween)

    Lunch
    I'm not sure if I wrote about it but I totally lucked out with the staff appreciation lunch!

  5. Detoxing

    I hope that for this challenge I lose around 20 Lbs my skin glows and I am in perfect health

    Right now I'm detoxing from caffeine Why is it that my head hurts and I feel I could thow up but the idea of a slice of pizza would make me feel better pops into my head?
