  1. my head hurts

My head hurts. I don't know what to think about it. It has been hurting now, non-stop for about 1 week now. It feels weird. Not like a full blown headache. It feels like when you put on a pair of glasses and the ear piece is too tight and you develop a pain behind your ears until you take off the glasses. Well, that's it but the only difference is that I am not wearing any glasses. I still feel that awful pressure pain. Sometimes more intense than others but always there. It feels like I have ...

  2. Another challenge

Ok, so I have another challenge to commit to.

My dh and I went out to eat tonight. We went to SuperSalad, which is our "raw" food standard. He loves eating there and I do too. We got to talking about my "food" problems, addictions, my obsesive compulsive behaviours. He said that HE thinks that a big part of my problem is that all the time I spend with books on food, web sites on food, groups on food, whether it is any of the thousands of diets I've done over ...

  3. Call me Yo-Yo

    Call me Yo-yo..........lol

That does describe me very well. Yo-Yo........that is what I seem to do. I go down, I go up, I go down, I go up. I just wish the string would break..I'm tired of this game...LOL.

I've noticed over the years that when I begin a diet and I begin to loose weight, I'm, so jazzed, so inspired, excited...you name it. THEN....that little voice in my brain starts "making me" look at forbidden food ;) and start drooling. Even when I've ...

  4. Still hangin in there!

Yeah. I'm still hanging in there. So far so good. I know the week days have not proven to be a big problem for me. Having the routine I have is working for me. I have my drink in the morning on the way to work. I have an apple, or carrots or some type of fruit.

Today I had just a wedge of iceburg lettuce. I was chomping on that on the way home. I know it doesn't have much in the way of nutrition, but I love the crunch of it. Plus I know I can eat all I want and not worry about weight. ...

  5. Whew!!! made it again....

I made it again!! Yeah!! (jumping for joy)

Ok, seems I'm on a pretty good ride. I made it again!!!! Seems like the key for me is being prepared. Actually allowing myself enough time to be prepared. Wake up and have enough time to make my drink to take to work, get my apples, carrots, & banana's. I had a salad for dinner and some cantalope for desert. I seem to be ok right now, not going crazy for "something/anything" like I was last night and the night before. I ...
