  1. I'M BACK!!! Wednesday, July 25th

    I fell off the wagon, HARD, for the past 5 nights (today not included). No reason other then I was in a bad effing mood, and I just didn't care.

    I feel like crap. I look like crap.

    I just woke up (how sick. I voluntarily put crap into my body that will make me feel so lethargic that I want to stay in bed all day, instead of being out enjoying the sunshine!!) and I'm about ready to go make myself a big giant green smoothie (ok, maybe a smallish one, ...

    It's been a long time! A lot has happened over the past 10 days, too much to get into, but I was going through "no blogging" withdrawls - lol. We're finally all moved in, and have internet hooked up again. I'm back and roaring to go!

    I had an extremely AWFUL july 4th... it led me to eat a bit of conventional ranch dressing. Needless to say I was all full of mucous for a full week afterwards. Blech! Not worth it in the least!!

    What a looooooooooong day. Started yesterday afternoon when we got a call saying they had a house available, and could we come asap to check it out (so we could accept or decline). That's great, but we were three hours away, and there was NO chance we'd be there before they closed yesterday. Also wasn't enough time finish up loose ends up here, so we could all head out today for good. Sooo, we had to hop in the car this morning and take a three hour trip south, see the house, accept it, sign ...

    breakfast - nothing

    lunch - nothing

    dinner - more watermelon, an ear of corn, and a few pieces of carrot, green bean, & broccoli dipped in guacamole

    snack - the last 1 1/2 cups of that "savory green" smoothie (tomato juice) from the other day and a dozen or so cherries.

    *goals met for today*
    -oil pulled for 20 minutes today
    -ran around a baseball field for 30 minutes with family
    -ring is still on

  5. (JULY GOALS) Sunday, July 1st, 2007

    Goals for July:

    ~oil pulling atleast once a day/20 minutes
    ~get outside each day and walk/run
    ~read a book ... I LOVE to read, but somehow can't find time anymore. I need to MAKE time.
    ~recommit ... ie - put wedding ring back on. My marriage has been rocky for a few years now. It's steadily getting better - it's time to fully recommit.


    I think that's good for now.
