    Week ONE of being raw - complete!!!
    current weight - 163.2

    breakfast - a few whole strawberries, small cup of a "lucious berry" fruit-tein" smoothie

    lunch - a peanut butter granola bar, a few pieces of strawberry & kiwi, and a couple carrot sticks dipped in raw guacamole

    dinner - I grazed all night, and probably wont remember everything, but ... a tiny raw brownie, a raw oat ball, tomato, 2 sips of mater soup, a few drinks of ...

    current weight - 164.4

    Today is day 6 of *mostly* raw. Woot!

    breakfast - I wasn't in the mood for much, so I just finished off (maybe 3 drinks) one of my kids chocolate/peanut-butter spiru-tein powder (protein) shakes.

    lunch - 1/4 of a pear, and 1/2 of a lara bar (raw fruit and nut bar)

    dinner - water, w/a few tastes here and there as I was making raw tomato soup for everyone else

    I really had no appetite at all.

    current weight - 165.6

    Sooo... approx. 4 1/2 pounds in 3 days? Not too bad, I suppose. I'm used it going much quickier then this, though, so it IS a bit disappointing. But, unlike other times when I would get disappointed and say "what's the point", this time I'll stick with it. The weight will come off eventually, and in the meantime, I am totally enjoying all the other wonderful health benefits!!! I love raw veganism!

    breakfast - "greens" smoothie (kale, turnip, and collard greens), green beans, carrots, strawberries, banana, pineapple, grapes, grape juice/water.

    lunch - fruit/veggie salad (oranges, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, banana, carrots, sugar-snap peas).

    dinner - tomato, cucumber, and celery plate w/a small "greens" smoothie (kale, turnip, and collard greens) banana, apple, apple juice/water, and a handful of blueberries to change the color ...

    A New Start!!!
    I'm transitioning into a 100% raw foods lifestyle. I'm already on day 3 of *mostly* raw, and I feel GREAT! I'm well on my way to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. I've gained an ubber ridiculous amount of weight since that face medication I was on made the scale increase by 30lbs. I lost a bit of it when coming of the meds, but I was not in a good place in my life, so it came back, plus a bit more. Yesterday was the first day I stepped on the scale in about 4 months, and ...
