  1. Dolmas, Taquitos and such

    Okay lovely ladies:

    Dolmas-

    Collard greens, sprouted wild rice, tomatoes, raisins, brazil nuts, dill, mint, parsley, red onion, olive oil, water, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, spices????, black pepper, and sea salt

    I have no idea of the amount of each ingredient but I do know that the higher up on the list, the more of the ingredient there is

  2. On Day 25

    Okay, feeling groovy for sure. I'm in the swing of things and feeling fine. This is really working out for me and my DH and I am really happy. The green smoothies have really helped and I mean really helped-mentally and physically
    I went to the Asian market and got a case (9ct.) of young coconuts for $6.99!!! I love LA! at Whole foods they are $1.99 a piece or is it $2.99? Not sure but I know it's inflated.

    Anyway, my food has been right on and that has been awesome. ...

  3. Day 19 baby, yeah!!!

    I was wrong the other day. it was only day 17, but now I'm on track.

    My day so far:

    Bootcamp class: 5:45-6:45am Not sure how I do it. that class is hard.

    Green smoothie: spinach, cilantro, apple, carrot, orange juice, and green supplement powder. Very, very thick and nutritious.

    I'll sip water throughout the morning and then move into the same lunch that I have yesterday which was absolutely amazing.

    I really need to focus and stop commenting on everyone else's success and roadblocks and really put some time into my own blog. My goodness, has it been a whole week.

  5. Day 11 of my 30 day challange

    Well, I have sat down several times to write in my blog and for some reason I have not come back until today. It really has only been 9 days since my last blog, but still. 9 days. Raw.
