    yay...I am sooo loving this diet. I love preparing the foods, sharing them, and eating them. I had carrot cake for breakfast..fantastic. What other diet lets you eat carrot cake for breakfast, and it is 100% healthy for you?

  2. day...um, what day is it....

    Wow,

    It's been soo long since I've had a chance to journal. I've been staying completely raw, though I am drinking red and white teas. I love them.

    Okay, let me count, today is day 23 I believe.....nice. I was definately hungry a lot last week, and, since I hadn't had time to prepare many recipes, I relied on those raw larabars, too much. Kept me from losing any more weight. So, I stopped those on Friday, and I've lost another pound or so.

  3. day 18 and hungry

    Been so busy with my new office, and my computer has been on the fritz, so, writing in has been challenging, but, I've stayed raw...yay. I don't think I can remember everything I've had each day, though. Today I can't believe how hungry I am! I am amazed that some days I am really not very hungry, and others, I am ravenous. I try to just listen to my body and feed it good raw stuff.

    By the way...thanks Starfire for being such a great supporter! I wish I had more time to read ...

  4. Day 14..wow, it's been 2 weeks!

    Can hardly beleive it's been 2 weeks. Didn't get a chance to write yesterday....soooo busy setting up my new office. But, it is turning out wonderful. Everyone who is seeing it in progress is just falling all over themselves with compliments. Yay.

    Yesterday....I had banana papaya pudding with strawberry pieces. 2 larabars, bites of fettucini alfredo, part of green smoothie, large salad at BD's grill...with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, mung sprouts, snow peas and ...

    Yay,

    Another busy day...but good. Still setting up my new office...I love creating spaces. (Oh, Starfire, I was putting furniture together that comes in pieces, in boxes...just to clarify ) I am creating my own little sanctuary for patients to come and relax and release and heal....I love it. This is the first office I've had the freedom to decorate myself. It is fun. Most of my furniture is black, with lots of red, light purple, light green and gold accents....trying to go ...
